Marci Trevino is a results-driven HR executive and strategic advisor with over a decade of progressive experience in both corporate and nonprofit environments. As the founder of Higher Resources, LLC, she brings deep expertise in compliance, organizational development, and risk management—serving as a trusted partner to C-level leaders, owners, and HR professionals alike.
With a background in legal studies and a Master’s in Strategic Communications, Marci is uniquely positioned at the intersection of employment law, people strategy, and operational efficiency. Her leadership style is data-informed, solutions-focused, and grounded in integrity. She’s known for building scalable HR infrastructures, aligning people operations with organizational goals, and creating workplace cultures that are legally sound and genuinely supportive.
Marci holds a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program and continues to deepen her legal acumen through ongoing training in California employment and labor law.
